We utilize the ISO 2859-1 standard, commonly known as AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit). For corporate gifts, we typically set a strict standard: AQL Level II, Critical 0, Major 1.5, Minor 4.0. This means:

• Critical Defects (0): Zero tolerance for safety issues (e.g., overheating battery, exposed wiring). One defect fails the entire shipment.

The Inspection Workflow

Our inspectors visit the factory when 100% of the goods are produced and at least 80% are packed. They pull a random sample based on the lot size (e.g., for 3,000 units, they inspect 125 units). They check:

1. Quantity & Packaging: Is the count correct? Are the barcodes readable? Is the protective packaging sufficient?
2. Visual Check: Are colors correct (Pantone matching)? Is the logo alignment perfect? Are there scratches or sink marks?
3. Functional Check: Does the device turn on? Does it charge? Do all ports work? Does it pair via Bluetooth?
4. Compliance Check: Are the rating labels correct? Do the user manuals match the product?
